Half Balloon Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If not, here’s how we can help:

Returns:

• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

• Certain items like innerwear and customised products are non-returnable

Refunds:

• Refund is processed to your original payment method after quality check (7–10 working days)

• COD refunds are issued via bank transfer

Exchanges:

• Exchange for size or product is subject to availability
